1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Cead's services ("Services"), including Geata, Post, and Stór, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Cead provides cloud-based infrastructure services including:
- Geata: Authentication and identity management
- Post: Transactional and marketing email delivery
- Stór: File storage and content delivery
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime for all Services. Enterprise customers may be eligible for additional SLA guarantees and credits. See our SLA documentation for details.
7. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you submit to our Services. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
